• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes! We are delighted to ship our products to customers around the world (exclusing the EU)

  Unfortunately, due to current EU regulations and the requirements involved for small businesses selling physical products into the EU, I’m unable to offer shipping to EU countries at this time.

  I know this may be disappointing, especially if you’ve been hoping to order from Starlit Woods Studio, and I’m so sorry that I can’t currently send physical orders your way. 🌿

  The good news is that I’m exploring digital downloads! ✨

  I’m currently considering ways to make some Starlit Woods Studio products available digitally, which would allow more of you around the world to enjoy them without needing physical delivery. Nothing is confirmed just yet, but digital products may be joining the shop in the future.

  For customers outside of the EU, international shipping is still available as usual. Please remember that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties or taxes upon arrival, depending on your country.

  Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  If applicable, your local customs office or delivery carrier will contact you to arrange payment before your parcel can be released for delivery.

  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure whether additional fees may apply.

• What paper do you use?

  We carefully select premium-quality cardstock to give you the best colouring experience.

  • A4 Colouring Books: Printed on 160gsm white premium cardstock.
  • A5 Colouring Books: Printed on 200gsm premium white cardstock.
  • Bundle Exclusive Colouring Pages: Printed on luxurious 300gsm premium cardstock.

  Our cardstock has been chosen to provide a beautifully smooth surface, making it ideal for achieving a buttery blend when using alcohol markers.

  As alcohol markers naturally bleed through paper, every order includes a FREE 300gsm bleed sheet. Simply place it behind the page you're colouring to protect the pages underneath from any bleed-through.

  Whether you colour with alcohol markers, coloured pencils, or other favourite mediums, our premium cardstock is designed to help you enjoy every page.

• How long will my order take to dispatch?

  We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  UK Orders:
  Most UK orders are dispatched quickly and are typically delivered within 48 hours from the time they are dispatched.

  International Orders:
  Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but most international orders arrive within up to 3 weeks. Please note that delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, including flight schedules, customs processing, and local postal services.

  Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email so you can track its journey (where tracking is available).

  While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience during busy periods or when unexpected delays occur.

• Will my gift card expire?

  Yes. All Starlit Woods Studio gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  We recommend redeeming your gift card within this period to enjoy your favourite books, stationery, and woodland treasures before it expires.

  If you have any questions about your gift card or need assistance using it, please don't hesitate to get in touch—we're always happy to help!

• Can I return my order?

  Yes! If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve simply changed your mind, please don't worry—we understand. Simply get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and a few clear photos (if there’s a product issue). We'll investigate the problem and work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

  Please note that digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.

  If you have any questions before placing your order, we'd be more than happy to help. We want you to shop with complete confidence and enjoy every little piece of woodland magic that arrives at your door.

• Are your colouring books printed single-sided?

  Yes! Every illustration is printed on a single side of the page, making the books ideal for alcohol markers and helping to reduce the risk of artwork affecting the design on the reverse side.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

  Here at Starlit Woods Studio, we take great pride in every product we create and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. We want every delivery to feel like a little bit of woodland magic, and for you to have the best possible unboxing experience.

  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the damage. We'll investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible, whether that's by sending a replacement or finding another suitable solution.

  Your happiness means the world to us, and we'll always do our very best to make things right.

• Can I colour your illustrations and share them online?

  Absolutely! We'd be absolutely delighted to see your beautiful creations.

  Whether you've coloured one of our illustrations, filmed an unboxing, or shared your favourite products, we'd love for you to post them on social media and tag our artist, @Charleigh_Jordan.

  Seeing your creativity brings our little woodland world to life and truly makes our day. With your permission, we may even share your posts on our own social media pages to inspire other members of the Starlit Woods Studio community.

• Where are your products made?

  Every product is lovingly created, printed, and carefully packaged in my home art studio here in the UK.

  As a small independent business, I take great pride in the quality of every order that leaves my studio. My workspace is 100% smoke-free and pet-free, is regularly cleaned, and I follow good handling practices, including using appropriate protective equipment when preparing and packaging your books and stationery.

  Each order is carefully checked before it's packed, ensuring it arrives ready for you to enjoy. From the very first print to the final parcel, every step is completed with care, attention to detail, and a little touch of woodland magic.

• How can I track my order?

  As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

  All of our orders are shipped using a trusted courier service that provides full tracking updates. Once your parcel has been delivered, you'll also receive proof of delivery, including a delivery photo and a GPS location pin showing where the parcel was left. This provides extra peace of mind that your order has been delivered to the correct address.
